PROPERTY CONDITIONS

On a scale from 1-10... We have properties in really good conditions (9-10 Rating), some not too bad 7 or 8 rating and we also have some fixer uppers that need some TLC 4-6 rating.

All properties are priced accordingly depending on what you're looking for. They are definitely affordable.
